Every engagement starts with a serious read of the existing org. Most consultants underestimate the architectural debt they're about to inherit. I don't.

Salesforce architecture problems are almost always business operations problems wearing a technical disguise. I came up through RevOps before I was a developer. That perspective ends up in every design decision.

Lightning CRM Solutions is led by Zachary Hower, a senior Salesforce architect who spent the last decade building and running the systems that make B2B revenue operations actually function — first as Head of Business Operations inside a high-growth SaaS company, then as a principal architect on the deepest CPQ and Advanced Approvals work that team faced.

Most Salesforce consultants approach the platform as developers. I came in through the operator's door — quoting cycles, deal desk, approval bottlenecks, sales compensation — before the Apex and the SOQL queries. That order of operations shows up in the work.
